Ring Problem

14 years 3 months ago #4732 by Joe.Yung
Hello, It might be your dialplan has something issue.Did you setup a ring group for the extensions? You should specify one or more extension(if possible) to receive the inbound calls. Can you post somehting CLI info when dialing? And what is your dialplan?

No I have not setup any ring group extension!
In my inbound route, I have defined one extension (extension related to FXS), and I have not any problem in getting calls from PSTN, but my problem is, after 3,4 beep, my extension is ringing!!
Regarding to CLI info while dialing I attached to this topic as log.tar.

After 3,4 beep,"-- Starting simple switch on 'DAHDI/1-1'" is appeared, and then related extension is been ringing!
regarding dialplan, which content of file do I put here??

you might have to close faxdetect , and also can try immediate=yes

regarding "faxdetect",I have disabled that in chand_dahdi.
I have already set immediate to yes!!

Thanks for more help

Hi
But I do not understand your mean of this sentence!!
I have OpenVox A400P with FXO and FXS modules and I directly connected one PSTN line to FXO.

Thanks
